Membrane valve serves controlling the flow of compressed air to the injector. Solenoid valve receives pulse signals and opens the diaphragm, which opens the line of compressed air. As a result, the pressure in the injector column equals, and follows the cycle of cleaning of filter bags.

In terms of their construction, the PJS filters are dry bag filters. The bags are automatically cleaned using compressed air under 5 to 7 bar of pressure and a special electronic programmer which is set to an optimal cleaning programme so that it ensures quality and permanent operation of the filter.
Filter cartridges can be cleaned completely with compressed air impulses of 5 to 7 bar. The filter`s own electronic controlling system activates electropneumatic valves of column injectors based on the measurements of the differential pressure between unclean and clean gasses inside the filter. With the optimal setting of the program for the cleaning procedures, the filter will function permanently and reliably even under the most difficult conditions when severe dust is present. The time of injection of compressed air into an individual set of bags is very short, lasting from 0.016 to 0.1 second. Pauses between individual fillings are 10 to 250 seconds long.
